Asian or Indonesian bottle vase with bird. Help me figure this one out !

Just picked this small vase up at the thrift store.  It's 6 1/4" tall with what looks like incised dark brown glaze which shows the lighter color beneath it.  I tried Google Lens to no avail.  The big mystery is the signature on the bottom.  I can't figure out the language.  Again, Lens and Translate didn't help.  A Burmese friend said it's not Burmese.  
Any ideas?

Interesting that you thought Indonesia. A piece sort of similar popped up from Sarawak in Malaysia, "carved crand bird glazed brown cream", but no signature. I read that there are some people who make Chinese influenced wheel thrown pieces and common patterns includes birds and branches, and this brown is common.
