Hello,
I have a lovely blue glass candlestick holder which is marked Czechoslovakia on the underside of the base. There are three flat discs of glass under the holder, two clear glass ones with a slightly mottled horizontal channel under a single frosted disc. the base is lozenge shaped and frosted.
