Interesting modern? mantel clock

Good evening. Do any members of this forum have any idea who might have made this clock. This is a recent purchase in the UK.
It has no makers name and i have not taken the back of the motor to see the country of manufacture.
The only stamped mark is a number2 on the underside of the base.
It feels very well engineered in its manufacture.
It works and the second hand has a sweeping movement.
It stands 180mm tall and 260mm long.
Any help appreciated,
