Closest I've found is Christine Hopkins. She held courses at Tintern Woodland Studio, so it might be a student piece

Thanks Naomi. It could be but photo of her work on forum doesn’t look so old and this has feeling of a 1960s piece. Hard to know tho what a student might do.
