Rosenthal studio line teapot Empty Rosenthal studio line teapot

. The Teapot has a diameter of 17cm, from handle to the tip of the spout is 19cm and is 16cm tall to the top of the handle. It is marked with the Rosenthal stamp Rosenthal Studio Line Germany on the base.
I can find nothing quite like it online but it does remind me of Tapio Wirkkala designs such as Pollo

Has anyone seen this design before and can I get some clues with regards to it's designer please?
