SHALLOW BOWL, 3 RAISED DOTS J or d mark? Empty SHALLOW BOWL, 3 RAISED DOTS J or d mark?

This is a large shallow bowl with a green and brown glaze and an unusual 3 raised dots / spots pattern around the rim and to the base.  There is a mark to the side but hard to read due to the glaze but can make out what looks like a J - does anyone recognise the style or potter please?

Kinda David Frith like, but the mark doesn’t fit. And he usually uses darker glazes, but the patterns and decoration is quite similar.

Thank you for your suggestion - at first I thought his conjoined 'df' mark could be the same if you read it sideways! but as he usually has it in a circle I don't think it is his.
