Ash Glazed Lidded Pot - Batterham, Rogers, Dodd Style??
Hi All. Need your help with this lovely lidded pot I picked up yesterday. It measures approx 24cms high including lid. Definitely an ash glaze with some incised decoration work, but not stamped. Lid handle doesn't look to me like Batterham or Rogers. Similar to Nick Membury but he seems to stamp his work ..... Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I do not think its Batterham. Not his style. But as to others? Mike Dodd is the one famous for glaze flooded marks. Can you see a D or M there? Can I see the top of an A there? Bryan Newman at Aller Pottery had a number of style tyres, and he was an excellent potter. It is a very nice piece. But ....?

Mike Dodd is my first thought; his pots aren't always marked but I'm not sure he ever used a zig-zag wire cut base - that's more of an Eeles Pottery characteristic. Batterham didn't like handles and preferred minimal decoration.

Batterham put handles on things like beer jars.....
How about Jason Braham, tho I think he marks his pots? https://www.jasonbraham.com/the-gallery-jars
