Richard Freeman at Vellow and Bath pottery maybe. We have a couple examples on our Bath Pottery where the dark line decoration looks very similar to this.

Thanks, Phil, see what you mean. I suddenly thought Cinq Ports after I posted or someone related to them ? What do you think?

The decoration might be similar. It was a small pottery world back then and there was a lot of cross fertilisation in ideas.
But generally Cinque Port Potteries have a glazed base with the stamped mark on. Very different from this one. Cinque Ports were also a very commercial pottery with a big market in tourist giftware. Way back in the early 60's we still had a Big home tourist trade. No cheap flights to the Med back then! So a makers stamp would have been an important selling point.
