Moriage satsuma ware was made from the late 19th-mid 20th Century. The later ones are stamped Made in Japan, the earliest ones tend to be unmarked. They may have kanji writing on the base for the kiln and Prefecture. Without a base photo I'd guess 1920s-30s. Yours is a common motif; millions were made over the decades. The modern knock-offs are made in China and have a nasty shiny plastic look to the decoration from the yellowish over glaze
