Mason Jar Glass Bookend

Very interesting bookend in the shape of half of a glass jar.
It's 4 3/4" high and 3 1/4" wide.
I"m guessing those round things are supposed to be the preserved fruits or berries.
The surface is textured and coarse on the front and bottom and backside is smooth.
Does it look familiar to anyone? It is Scandinavian or American (Blenko? Viking?...)
