Probably not possible for an ID without any marks, however, the shape, style & glaze might give it away to some of the wonderful knowledgeable members here. Lovely cup though..

Just an update research on the above pot. This is a handmade succulent/cactus pot made by Ter Steege Rijssen, Netherlands, and supplied to European retail out let at https://www.tscollection.nl/ So yes handmade but modern but not attributed  one specific potter. So European Ceramics and still produced today.
