MIXED MEDIA COLLAGE PICTURE WITH CUT OUT FABRIC & DOG SALLY AND FLORENCE?

This is an unusual vintage mixed media collage art piece featuring curtains made of fabric, a dog sitting on a chair and shells - really unusual and with lots of stickers and labels - unsigned but the balloon, a piece of paper and the dog collar all have the name 'SALLY and ........' with 'ALL FOR YOU'  - I can't make out the other name perhaps Florence or Elizabeth - really hard to make out as its so tiny - does anyone recognise the artist or artists?
