Small Antique Chinese Scenery pottery Mug ????

Quite a nice little delicate mug my nana said it's a Christening mug although i am not 100% sure
what it is, Although it does say in gold gilt "A present for my dear boy" With two scenes of Chinese
person in day to day actions. The base is not marked as such i would think it might be a date as old
as Victorian although no proof would love to know peoples views on dates or manufacture and what
it is for as it is quite small. Only stands 7 cm Thank you very much.
