Studio pot, incised mark
Seems likely a hobby potter piece.
Base mark looks like - Broad + Little Haven Peints H.
I know there’s a Littlehaven pottery in Wales and a place called Little haven in N Devon.
Or it may say something completely other!

Looks like Broad Little but the second word l think reads Haine which is a place and river near Lille on the Belgium and France border. The pottery is not coming up in search results, that's all the info I can pull from the image.
