All the metal parts of such items were "bought in" by the various potteries and it could be that this is a later "marriage". Is there any mark of the metal stand?

Evening SP, no marks to the Metal Stand as such, just a few crumbs to the Chintz plate from this Lemon loaf cake which I'll investigate as soon as I've made a nice coffee to go with it 😋
