Miniature village double pot, French?

I can't decide if I love or hate this peculiar double pot with a miniature village clinging to it. It's signed but I've not managed to track it down. I'm hoping someone may recognise the distinctive style. Approx 16cm tall. Thanks in anticipation. Manda

Thank-you for your thoughts. That's a brilliant website that I was not aware of - appreciate it. There are certainly some similar fancy markings on there but not a match, alas. The nearest was Angelique Detable but it's not quite right.
I'll keep hunting for inspiration and maybe I'll hit on an image search match, or stumble across the signature on another mission. Onwards!
