Weirdly I saw something pretty similar in the last few days
I thought it could be from Vallauris which, as you know, isn't always marked. That orange/red and dark brown outer is characteristic of some of the pottery from that area (although I'm not suggesting it's exclusive to them of course).

I agree that it is Vallauris, Back in the early 1960s Tony Morris and Guy Sydenham visited the area to find inspiration for the Poole studio range. They returned to Dorset with these glazes and used them in studio and Delphis ware
