Black and Gold Biomorphic Boomerang Bowl with Abstract Floral Decorations Empty Black and Gold Biomorphic Boomerang Bowl with Abstract Floral Decorations

I have a fun looking boomerang shape black bowl with gold rim and abstract flowers that look like dandelions.
I see a lot of numbers but no name on the bottom. There's a "35" and also a very faint "1314" impression. There's also a X to the side.
Measures 13.5" wide x 8" deep at its widest and about 2.5" high.
Hoping someone recognizes this and can ID for me.
