Large Floral Painted Charger unmarked - Grays Pottery

Nice floral charger for the wall it has a combination of painted and glazed decoration i think
at least it has. The patterns can be felt when you rub your finger over it a bit like a tube
lined decoration but not as high. The base has an all over yellow color but also has a fine
crazing as it is unmarked i wondered if anybody recognized the piece? I am thinking that it
might date from the Art Nouvea times possibly...It is 12" wide...
