That colour scheme has hint of Colin Kellam about it. Equally the clay has that reddish Iron Rich earthenware that is typical of Devon Clays

Similar colour palette but I don’t think he used red clay - there’s felt on the bottom of the cockerel tile so I can’t check. I usually recognise his work. Perhaps one of his potters doing their own thing.

A a fair number of potters must have worked at Colin Kellam's pottery. There is a substantial amount of his product around. But there is little detail about them it seems. Standard auctioneers Blah of 'pupil' 'influence' 'school' 'style' of Colin Kellam. Or if you are on Ebay, its definitely Colin Kellam! Local to you as well of course.
