How big its it? The slipware while a sprightly design, looks just slightly inexperienced or done quickly. More of a student or hobby potter piece?

Yes the design is not a carefully done one so could be a hobby potter. It’s about 9” long.

Might be a hobbyist but it looks well made. Might be by someone like Geoff Fuller
