A Potter's Pot, MH mark

I wonder if anyone can identify the maker's mark M H on this pot. I belongs to a potter friend in Portugal.He's fairly sure he acquired it in the U.K. Here's his description:
The pot is thrown with a full rounded main body going up to narrow at a neck and flared out to the rim. The glaze is shiny clear with a possible iron addition which has been reduction fired to produce a green. It has three rings of brown which could be a brown slip or a tenmoku glaze banded on the rim, shoulder and near the lower middle of the pot.
I've searched in the Marks book and the BISPM website, but to no avail! Apologies the second photo.....I can't find how to rotate it!

Closest I can find is Mark Hewitt.

Yes. He trained at Wenford Bridge and various potteries in Cornwall before moving to the US
