Clear mark, but not able to find out about the potter Michael Sims Empty Clear mark, but not able to find out about the potter Michael Sims

With the help of some Bovril (I hate Marmite) this mark became beautifully readable.

But I can't find the potter on-line. (And he's not in BISPM that I could find.)

Does anyone know anything about him?
