Help identifying Cased Amber pulled loops clear panels Sack Vase unmarked

Hello there,
Hope I'm doing this properly as this is my first post.

I have this beautiful little bud vase which I have desperately been trying to identify but to no avail. It is similar in concept to the Murano Tiger stripes collection in the sense that it is orangy/ambery colour with black stripes / pulled loops, white on the inside and has clear see through panels. It is different in the sense that it is a sack shaped, has a ruffled neck, it is cased inside a thick see through glass from the neck down and has a glass ribbon too. It also has a thick see through glass base and see through round panels. I have seen many sack shaped bud vases with applied glass ribbons but either they are not white inside, not cased in a thick see through glass, too round around the body (mine actually looks like a sack that gravity effects it's shape), different colours with no stripes or no clear panels.
