Reversible brutalist candle holder Empty Reversible brutalist candle holder

Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer of this reversible glass candle holder please? It is about 6.5cm high x 11cm dia at its widest point. Textured on the outside and polished on the inside. I would describe it as a kind of brutalist flower shape - quite angular on the outside. I have seen similar designs with a more glossy rounded profile, but can't find anything quite like this one. It weighs 620g approx
