Unusually decorated pepper pot? Help :) Please x

Found an unusually decorated piece today it seems to have applied floral
borders surrounding a mixt colored area sort of agate like in a way.
The base material is a white clay i think and the base has a small star i
think and a number but nothing more i thought it looked a bit Scottish
in its colors but this might be just my way of thinking alone. Thanks so
much for looking
