I think it’s Qianlong dynasty, 1736-95. If it was earlier I'd expect the leaves to be more defined, and there to be some sort of mark on the base. I think it's a lotus pattern rather than the lingzhi fungus motif. The fungus motif is usually drawn within this lotus pattern (see Tek Sing pieces), but here it's blue prunus and polychrome flowers
