Whitefriars Ireland or Eryka Trzewik-Drost Poland or maybe Kosta Sweden. All of them had some textured glass vases like this.

Poor photos make it so much harder. I can barely see the pattern on this and there's no picture of the base which is probably the most important for identification.
I can tell you for sure it's neither Whitefriars or Kosta though

Probably from tkmaxx nothing identifiable from the bottom either. Another unidentified let’s say.

Ingrid glashutte is a possibility. Better lighting and a shot of the base might help
