Another jug highly decorated with gold gilding & dated would love to know??

This is a nice decorative jug quite a common type that i have seen in the past but
i have not had another with a nice picture of the houses on before. It has the
owners name and a date but sadly no makers marks or anything else. Would
anybody be able to give me an idea of where it might have been made? Thank you
for you time in looking.
