Studio Pottery Jar and Cover - no mark Empty Studio Pottery Jar and Cover - no mark

I have a hand thrown studio pottery lidded jar with painted decoration and no artist’s mark. Does anyone recognise the clay or style of decoration? Is it British or Oriental? Any ideas welcome. H: 8 1/2”. Studio Pottery Jar and Cover - no mark 5cef2110
