Paul Berman has a similar PB mark but not in a circle. Maybe woodfired; French?

The representation of Paul Berman's mark in the book is a match, and it's similar in style to his work online (although examples of his mark I've found online don't have the circle round them like in the Book), so I'm going with Berman Excellent
