Large Blue & White Stapled Bowl What Nationality am eye??? Empty Large Blue & White Stapled Bowl What Nationality am eye???

This large heavy bowl intrigues me i guess they thought it worth saving
to staple it this much to save i guess it is a nice decorative bowl still
ideal for fruit but i would love to know is where it was made???Any
ideas. size is 10" square 5" tall :)Thank you so much for reply
