Looks all the world like a Ravenhead piece however I'm not sure about the hexagonal form base as would expect it to be more rounded. The fire rounded rim style is never a good sign well in my book at least so not Iittala and probably not Scandinavian. Orrefors do quite a few textured glass ranges
