Hand blown Bristol Green bottle? Empty Hand blown Bristol Green bottle?

Here’s a small hand blown green glass bottle / bud vase?? H: 19cm. It has a snapped pontil as well as a polished foot ring. It looks like 19th century Bristol Green, but not sure… Anyone have any ideas who made it, when and its function? Thanks Hand blown Bristol Green bottle? F5f1d010
