Art Deco style punch bowl - ID? age? French? Dutch?
Hello, I have just bought a large glass (punch?) bowl from a charity shop in France.

It's trying very hard to have a mark on the base but despite trying to make a rubbing of it, I can only make it out individual characters - I think an A or H and some numbers starting with 29...the rest illegible. No vertical mould lines on this one - not sure on how it was made so would be great to get a steer on that too!
I've seen another similar version on Etsy in which the seller says Netherlands 1980s but gives no brand or other information. (Not totally sure that's not a guess on the part of the other seller. )
To me it doesn't look like an 80s piece stylistically and I thought it might be Art Deco period - so I'm putting it out to the hive mind!
Thanks so much for any advice!

Looks like crossover art nouveau secessionist theme so 1920s maybe?

That seems more like the date to me - the tulips are very Secessionist, but it's a little unrefined in the details, so I think a less expensive version of the avant garde designs, after the forms were already well established.
Fingers crossed for a maker now :)
