Octopus Wall Plate ID pls Empty Octopus Wall Plate ID pls

Hi, first time of posting (hope I've done it right) could someone help me ID my friend Inky please? I'm not sure if the marks on the bottom are from a maker or not but Inky is too cute not to look into it. Thanks for any help you can give :)

The decoration looks like Isle of Wight, but the back is wrong, however Chelsea
pottery had black glazed backs on terracotta clay, with hanger holes like this.

And they did do fish and shells & sealife for wall plates
