29 cm wide plate with mountain view in blue, beige, and grey

This big plate that can be hanged on a wall I found in a thrift shop and right away I liked it. De design of a mountain view with a mill seems old fashioned but the usage of the colours and the way it was painted gives it a modern feeling. On the back there is only a number 1463 clearly visible.
Can anybody help me out who the manufacturer is? Many thanks, Rob
