Vintage spiral lamp base - Murano or Czech? - MAZZEGA

Hi
I have here a lovely vintage glass lamp base with a sommerso style centre with red spirals and black lines. I thought it was Murano but the remains of the label on the base looks like its possibly Czech.
I HAVE JUST STUDIED THE LABEL AND I THINK IT MIGHT SAY MAZZEGA I.V.R - Anyone agree?
Any ideas?

A label like that might equally be a Retailer's one.

I contacted the factory direct and they have confirmed it was made by them.
