Small hand carved, Lidded pot, canonic jar, monkey lid Empty Small hand carved, Lidded pot, canonic jar, monkey lid

This is a small hand carved stone pot.

The lid has a head of a mouse or more like a bat.

It stands approx. 2.e/4" high. 1" wide at base.

Each piece has an engraved mark.

Has anyone any ideas as to what it may be.

Possibly an Egyptian canopic jar. Monkey god?
