Totoya Hokkei (1780–1850).
Titled 'Beauty with Boy and Kite'. Also called 'Then New Year's Kite'
Meiji-era (1890s) copy of an Edo-period (1820s) design
Signed as 北舟, which is false signature of Hokusai 北斎. The print is after Totoya Hokkei (1780–1850), falsely attributed to Katsushika Hokusai (1760–1849).

Titled: Tōkyō Meisho Mukōjima, "Famous places in Tokyo: Mukōjima (riverbank across the Sumida River)"
Publication date of the original woodblock prints = early 1870s. The publisher is 伊勢辰 堀江貳 Ise Tatsu, which is the seal name of Iseya Tatsugorō 伊勢辰五郎, who opened his publishing store in 堀江 貳, Horie, ni, ie., Edo, Nihonbashi Horiechō Nichōme, ca. 1861. His store changed addresses two times and closed in 1927 in Taitō-ku Yanaka Nichōme, not far from the Ueo Park.
