Hello, I can't find any makers mark on this piece, though it does have a rather high priced sticker on the base! Any ideas of maker would be much appreciated. Thank you...

I'm wondering if the makers mark might be under the price tag, but there's so much glue, it's a bit of a struggle to see.

Worth trying to take it off. Maybe try acetone
Priced at £1.30 Looks like a '70s piece
