Ice Texture Glass Plate Dinnerware Empty Ice Texture Glass Plate Dinnerware

I just got a set of small glass plates (8" diameter) and I'm guessing they are probably appetizer or bread plates or something like that.
Bottom surface has an interesting uniform looking abstract icy texture. Glass is thick and well made.
No mark found but it's very Iittala/Sarpaneva/Wirkkala esque. Or maybe it's contemporary Crate and Barrel made to look like MCM Scandinavian?
