RHEINFALL SWISS POTTERY? - Ziegler, Schaffhausen. Empty RHEINFALL SWISS POTTERY? - Ziegler, Schaffhausen.

I am trying to track down the maker of this pottery - It has a fish design with the words Rheinfall which I understand is in Switzerland.  The vase is stamped with what looks like Stegler or Stebler but I cannot find out any similar factory name so can anyone please help?
