Hello, does anyone recognise this piece / mark? I think it says HP but I've not been able to find anything online :)

Possibly Helen Pincombe, although I've only seen her stamped mark
There was a similar mark by The Haven Pottery, but the handwriting on this one is different, and the decoration is more like Pincombe's work

I do not think it is Helen Pincombe. She was a very precise sort of person, and her mark never seems to have changed throughout her  career.
Ann and Theodore Whalley of Haverfordwest pottery used several versions of an HP mark in the 60's. The pieces of their work I have seen are  somewhat in this sort of Leach type style. So it might well be theirs.

I think it might be Haven Pottery rather than Haverfordwest. There's a similar bud vase on ebay, atm, which is listed as Haverfordwest, but has the Haven Pottery stamp -

Thank you both! Hmm, seems like it could be any of them. Thank you, lovely little piece nonetheless :)

I just came across another HP. marked bud vase today, please excuse the charity shop photos as I didn't buy it but thought I'd share another example of the mark. I'd say this piece is made by the same HP. as the one above, whoever it may be :) Seems relatively new to me...

I've edited the title to include 'probably' because it's not an exact match, and the clay is a bit gritty compared to the Haven pieces
