Also worth checking Fleen Doran and Yo Thom. Whoever made it, it looks an early piece.

Just had a reply from Sabine Nemet, she said it's looks like a Petra Steward work, Petra is one of Sabine favourite potters. One of her wares below, looks the same style as hers.
