Another piece i'd love to ID.  No obvious marking but I wonder if the handle is a clue?

Might this be Celtic Pottery?

Yes, Celtic Newlyn Pottery. Unusual decoration but the black round the handle is typical of their pottery

Thanks Dan. Is it an early design? .. I'm not seeing many on line and the shape seems more curved than most of the mugs?

I would guess it's either late Mousehole or early Newlyn but probably the latter
