Thanks Jon
I don't think Ill ever find out who made this, the wiring was ancient on it before being replaced so has some age. Maybe Scandinavian.
Kind Regards

Lovely lamp i would love to own it myself, Are they clear glass rigarees on the sides down to the base of the lamp i can see why you would think Murano from them

Hi Legsy
Yes they are clear down the side. It was one of the reasons I thought maybe Murano but the base did make me wonder.
Its certainly unusual and thus far a mystery.
Kind Regards

Is the base matte or just worn? Can I see gold inclusions in there? Sure I recognise that glass pattern, possibly Fratelli Toso but might be misremembering. Murano is a possibility for me

Hi Jeffingtons
Thanks for your responses.
The Inclusions are silver. The lamp has some age, I think 1950s or 60s. The Base is just Matte. As I said I thought it was Murano. It does not seem to be a cheaply made piece.
Kind Regards

Try it on one of the Facebook Murano groups. You'll need to take better photos though or the post won't be accepted
