Earthenware vase - possibly early Richard Phethean? Empty Earthenware vase - possibly early Richard Phethean?

The vase below was in storage at least 20 years, although the style is unfamiliar the ┬ácolours are saying Richard Phethean to me and the signature is no problem a million miles from his current one (I have a few more modern pieces.) thought I’d seek a second opinion before running it by him?
