Large Handsome Crow - Help with ID Please Empty Large Handsome Crow - Help with ID Please

I have been told this crow is Scandinavian. I can’t see any marks on him, but he is very distinctive. Poor thing has a missing claw..... He is 22 cms high and about 23 cms long, and weighs 2.25 kgs. Interesting bird. Helps to have a photo of the base even if there’s no mark

There was a Dutch potter at Hatfield Art In Clay for a few years making quirky animals, I wonder if it's one of his?
