I could try them but this piece is earthernware and looks a bit old I wonder who brought it to the vaucluse ; perhaps someone who had been on a fishing holiday

In 1973 John & Noella Verling moved to Ballydehob to take over Christa Reichel’s studio at Gurteenakilla, County Cork, Ireland.
John passed away in 2009

Their Pottery was also called Brushfire or Brush Fire Pottery. Unfortunately this was nabbed by a lady in front of me in the charity shop but i managed to get a couple of photos while it sat on the counter :)
